Hear the Call Audio Visual offers webcasted broadcasting capabilities over the internet using your desired streaming platform. Much like a television broadcast, we stream your event using digital video switchers with up to four video cameras and integrated computers for titles, intros and credits, mixed with 24 channel digital audio, encoded to your desired delivery network. I.e.: Facebook Live, YouTube, Zoom, WebEx to name a few.

We also offer the capabilities to digitally record your events audio, video or both in real time. Now with web based streaming being brought to the forefront, audience size is not constricted to the four walls of a ballroom. We have streamed corporate meetings, seminars, fundraisers, auctions, religious services, and live music events.

Because of health restrictions this year, Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County held its first, on-line Holiday Food and Fund Drive kick-off event. The company needed an effective alternative for energizing the numerous fund drive coordinators and contributors within organizations across our county. Contracted as videographer and post-production editor, Otis Coen, of Hear the Call Music, immediately grasped the importance of and concept for the event, setting the stage for raising 4.5 million meals over the holiday period. Otis quickly dove in, arranged, shot and edited the engaging, creative Holiday Food and Fund Drive Kick video that was required. The food bank received lots of thumbs up and positive reviews from food bank administration, board members, sponsors, and participating community members. It provided the necessary impact that helped propel our fund drive to overwhelming success. Mission accomplished Otis!

Otis helped save the conference! I shudder to think what a disaster it could have been. I wouldn’t have known any of the technical and their AV guy was in the same boat floating with me!! Thanks to Otis for picking up the ball and running with it for me…. It was definitely what makes a successful meeting and great team work despite the 11th hour change.
